Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, e.g. business informatics, information systems or computer science and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning models, with a sound foundation in the technologies that developers use to build AI products
  • Experience working in the role of the Product Owner within an agile team based on Scrum methodology and work collaboratively with the Bank’s businesses and divisions for defining and delivering innovative products
  • Willingness and intrinsic motivation to convert an innovative idea into a tangible product while focusing on the value add for the business and completer-finisher mindset which ensures that activities are completed, and business impact is realized
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate customer, user and stakeholder needs on a long-term basis, reflecting this in the product vision and ability to deliver incremental features mapped to the vision
  • Excellent understanding of customer and user needs, business dynamics, Banking, and technological know-how, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as international or work experience in a global environment with business fluency English (German is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Work with your Squad Lead, Data Scientists and Inspire and Discover colleagues to help business users harness AI powered process automation solutions
  • Rapidly drive the progression of an innovative idea into an MVP product solution design with success criteria agreed with Stakeholders and complete and agree project charters and detailed product solution proposals with continuous re-evaluation of the value of an idea
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, banking operations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and adoption of automation solutions tailored to banking processes
  • Understand the specific pain points and regulatory challenges in banking processes and maintain a backlog of features that prioritize automation features and enhancements to improve operational efficiency while maintaining compliance
  • Stay updated on AI, automation, data science, and machine learning trends specific to the banking sector to identify new opportunities for innovation in process automation
