Requirements

  • An expected minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
  • Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2024 – August 2026).

  • Data & Analytics powers the bank of the future. We continue to invest in AIB’s Data & Analytics innovation and development – so it’s a great time to join and help grow this function, as we build a data driven bank with best-in-class capabilities.
  • At the core of our operations, we are responsible for inbound data, managing the data warehouse, providing business intelligence and data visualisation with rigorous data management practices to support many and varied decisions and activities across the organisation.
  • We will challenge you with real business problems using the best technologies to deliver innovative solutions across many aspects of Data & Analytics such as:

  • Data Delivery & Agile Development
  • We’ll encourage you to join and engage with our Employee Resource Groups, self-formed groups of employee volunteers who come together because they are interested in a particular topic, usually related to diversity and inclusion. These groups, such as Life & Family Network, Pride+ Network, Roots Network and Abilities Network, are fully supported by AIB at an Enterprise level.
