What are the basic qualifications required for this job?
The basic qualifications for this job include a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of applicable experience as an analyst or program manager in a Headquarters Air Force or DoD-level program, a DoD Secret clearance, experience working with the Department of Defense, experience in the development and implementation of Department of Defense policy, and experience providing Subject Matter Expertise in Installation Planning to DoD.

Some preferred qualifications for this job include familiarity with the Air Force’s Task Management Tool (TMT), experience authoring professional communications to Congress and governmental agencies, and planning experience supporting Headquarters Air Force, Air Staff, Space Force, AFIMSC, and/or AFCEC.
