Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Work proactively with partners and Kyndryl to identify and create new opportunities. Continuously explore the market for new alliances, incorporating both market leaders and emerging companies.
  • Alliance Management: Build and manage business plans with strategic partners, address requests and issues, and oversee contractual and operational requirements. Control partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Practice & Client Alignment: Collaborate with practices and partners to deploy new services, addressing the needs of existing and new clients within the partner ecosystem.
  • Talent & Training: Coordinate with practices and partners on certifications and training needs to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies. Promote our partners' capabilities within the organization to inspire new business opportunities.
  • Configuration and Order: Support Kyndryl teams with necessary presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments. Manage required tools for ordering and deal registration.
  • Finance & Billing: Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.
