  • Set seasonal flow plan and allocation plan based on seasonal initiatives, key consumer priorities, door level strategy, and revenue drivers
  • Develop style/color/size level load-in and replenishment for all doors. Monitor store performance weekly and adjust allocation units as needed performance vs plan variance
  • Partner w/ x-functional partners weekly to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Maintain and balance healthy inventory levels w/ optimal Weeks of Supply (WOS) for key consumer x division
  • Influence Merchandising team on size curve opportunities during pre-season order entry
  • Supports timely and accurate execution in support of New Store Openings
  • Partner with the Merchandise Planner and Merchandising to prioritize allocation of essential and seasonal product
