  • The candidate should have the ability to project manage multiple projects, set priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ensure timely completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Words, Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
  • Strong engagement and influencing skills to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Relevant professional qualification preferably (CFA/CAIA).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for investor queries and participate in regular updates during investor meetings.
  • Lead the client communication agenda (e.g. working with the sales and business development teams to help ensure clients receive Mercer content related to whitepapers, invites to Mercer’s Global Investment Forums, Investor Days etc) and promote investor engagement for our private market solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience for our investors by developing content for investor communications, including newsletters, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and relevance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term investor relations strategies that align with the firm’s overall goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to investors.
  • Be involved in the development of new products and solutions and work with the administrators to ensure effective operational infrastructure in place.
  • Ensure fundraising information is accurate.
  • Lead on the investor retention program.
