Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Must love TV and be familiar with the TV & Streaming landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (Business, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, etc.), Master’s degree a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in market research and data analysis (includes internship experience), contributing to the analysis and completion of complex projects
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Basic statistics knowledge and experience
  • Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
  • Desired Characteristics:
  • Tableau a plus, but not required
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct meaningful analysis: Contribute to optimizing content across all areas of the business, informing questions such as: which series to greenlight, creative optimization, marketing positioning, etc.
  • Drive impact: Contribute to a team playing a critical role in driving linear viewership and delivering on Peacock strategic goals for subscriber growth and engagement
  • Broaden your research knowledge: Expand your primary research skills and experience as you learn how to solve problems through creative research design and data analysis
  • Gain experience partnering with internal stakeholders: Build relationships with stakeholders like production, development, content strategy and marketing and partner with them to help achieve their objectives
  • Work with smart people and industry experts: Collaborate with experts across many different teams both at Peacock and within the greater NBCU organization
