Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions
  • Using existing information to create client ready documents according to templates and outlined requirements
  • Mining data from secondary sources, and reorganizing the data in a defined format that is easily read and understood
  • Gather opportunity information from multiple resources and analyze the requirements to map our relevant capabilities. Aggregate, classify and deliver the opportunity reports to account teams and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to scan through RFP/RFI/Contract documents to understand the scope of services requested in the Statement of Work
  • Work with multiple accounts to provide research and analysis support.
  • Collect and distribute industry-specific news and analysis to client team on a regular basis.
  • Generating simple reports and providing status updates
  • Collecting data from online resources and developing presentations
  • Creating deliverables and completing assigned tasks as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Complete assigned tasks that adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates and are error free
  • Perform self-review check of all completed tasks before submitting for quality check
  • Own the assigned tasks to ensure they meet the quality standards of AES
  • Seek feedback from coach and quality controllers to improve output and overall performance
  • Formatting presentations using brand guidelines and instructions
  • Share knowledge with team members/peers
  • Help the team’s workload by managing your tasks and supporting team members when required
