Responsibilities

  • Als Analyst M&A / Debt Advisory (m/w/d) berätst du Mandanten bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung anspruchsvoller (Finanzierungs-)Transaktionen – und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Entscheidungen und Umsetzungen von Unternehmensstrategien bei.
  • Du führst Finanzierungs- bzw. M&A Transaktionen durch, aber auch Unternehmensbewertungen unter Anwendung verschiedener Methoden, z.B. LBO, DCF.
  • Mit deinem Team erarbeitest du Betriebs- / Finanzmodelle und Prozessunterlagen, wie z. B. Information Memoranden, Management Präsentationen und Term Sheets.
  • Um potenzielle Mandanten zu gewinnen, erstellst du ansprechende Pitch Unterlagen, aber auch Kurzprofile von Unternehmen und Management Präsentationen.
  • Während du an Analysen von Jahresabschlüssen, Finanzierungsstrukturen, Kreditdokumentationen und Verschuldungskapazitäten arbeitest, behältst du den Überblick.
  • Als Ansprechpartner:in pflegst du Kontakt mit potenziellen Investoren und betreust Mandanten im Rahmen von laufenden Projekten.
