Responsibilities

  • This person will be supporting the restaurant trade and industry marketing for all Resy’s marquee, trade at scale and partner led events in partnership with business units across Resy and American Express enterprise. Role will include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for supporting Resy industry events, from marquee national to localized market events
  • Support the end-to-end process of trade events from contracting, ideation, production oversight, budget management and onsite management
  • Liaison and project manage with event agencies producing events including creating and maintaining project proposals, working documents and recaps
  • Partner closely with cross-functional Resy teams (i.e. sales, partnership, consumer experiential, compliance, legal review of contracts) to provide timely program updates and drive alignment on project goals, timelines and marketing/event deliverables
  • Support KPI tracking, using data to analyze and assess trade event performance, identifying areas of optimization and opportunities for growth
  • Work directly with Resy restaurant partners and prospects across the country
  • Attend events hosted in our priority cities (Some travel may be required)
