Responsibilities

  • You will own gathering, analysis, validation and management of solution requirements.
  • You will lead development, testing such as NNIT (none negative impact testing), application management activities and release management to meet the business requirements.
  • You will manage and co-ordinate our vendors to ensure quality delivery of our developments and standard methodologies are followed.
  • In this role you will work globally with our P&G teams.
  • You will work alongside our partner vendors to support our application to ensure it is stable.
  • The application is Oracle Argus Safety which is a software platform that allows P&G to manage & report on adverse events related to its products.
  • We are looking for someone who is able to improve the application and improve the user experience.
  • PCIM (Problem change incident management) will be an important part of the role to ensure the Argus application continue to run smoothly, without negatively impacting regulatory reporting and the other application in the E2E Consumer Complaint System.
  • The application could be audited throughout its lifecycle so you will need to ensure documentation is available for the changes made and that continuity plans are maintained.
