Responsibilities

  • The required Tech-Support Engineer will provide engineering and technical support to the sales team with the objective of business demand generation.
  • The Tech-Support Engineer (TSE) will use his/her subject-matter knowledge to influence customers toward Honeywell Products and solutions to deliver our business objectives and contribute with the business growth.
  • The TSE must be self-motivated to deliver results in Fire & Public Announcement Systems sales and consulting.
  • Additionally, the TSE will bridge the gap between technology, Engineering, Honeywell product strategy, and integration into the customer’s environment.
  • After gaining the required knowledge of Fire Alarm, Public Announcement and Fire Suppression systems and any other systems within our portfolio, the TSE shall use this knowledge to complete tender documents in compliance with international standards & Local Authority Guidelines & Regulations and meet the project specifications.
  • To achieve this target TSE needs to coordinate with technical, marketing and regulatory teams as needed to source required data before releasing the documents to sales for submission to customers.
  • Also, under the demand generation target, TSE will conduct design and estimation trainings for Honeywell partners and clients and coordinate with sales team to attend meetings to support sales in securing the projects.
