Responsibilities

  • - Collaborate on various phases of project design from programming client needs, conceptual design, along with some construction administration, and onsite experience.
  • - Project Diversity of various typology of projects that may consist of, but not limited to: Industrial, Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Urban Planning, Commercial, Corporate Office, Lab/Medical, Historic Preservation and Renovations, and Retail Projects, which will continue to allow a candidate a diverse opportunity of project experience.
  • - Work directly with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
  • - Resolve technical and design issues.
  • - Assist in team and client communication, reporting directly with supervisor.
  • - Provide project team coordination for programming plans and test fits, conceptual designs, preliminary material selections.
  • - Create Building Massing and 3D Modeling for Projects, along with Graphic Presentation work for Project Presentations.
