Must have 3 years’ experience in the following areas:
Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for healthcare facilities.
Performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, & Enscape.
Developing procurement & construction documents.
Conducting materials & code research.
Assisting in coordination of engineering systems with engineers.
Assisting in Construction Administration.
Developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings & models.
Collaborating on BIM model management with team of architects, engineers & consultants.
Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & Bluebeam.
Attending field site inspections.
