Requirements

Overseeing Forex of JST
Booking of Import and Export contracts as per AS 11 and accounting of same.
Generate monthly reports for CFD and Management.
Continuous updates on the forex market in consultation with banks and CFD and provide insights on same.
Handling Insurances
Ensure availability and renewal of insurance for coverage of fire, burglary policy on finished goods, consignment, processed stock, stock on job work, stock on show room, transit stock (domestic, import, export), stores and fuel Oversee insurance for all fixed assets like plant machinery, buildings, vehicles and technical equipment Audit workmen compensation policy
Monitoring Bank and Export Related Activities
Monitoring of Bank reconciliation for all banks.
Monitoring foreign payments and compliance of applicable FEMA & Income Tax and GST rules.
Monitoring and Timely submission of Export Documents, Monitoring of Credit limit, Extension of due dates of payments from AD Banks, regular liasioning with Banks and CFD, Timely disposal of inward remittance.
Monitoring of cash flows and regular update of same to CFD.
Fabric Advertisements and Foreign Tour
Handling bill passing for all media for advertisements and monitoring of spending with budgets.
Timely settlement of foreign Tour bill.
