Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an Area Manager who is passionate about people, customers and achieving challenging but rewarding business goals.
  • In an area consisting of c.17 stores, you’ll need to be commercially driven and will be given the autonomy to drive the performance of your area.
  • You’ll motivate, nurture, and encourage your team to develop on their personal performance as well as deliver the business strategy using exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
