Responsibilities

  • Drive sales KPI’s and productivity improvements and explore new (store) opportunities in order to stimulate retail growth;
  • Manage, review and support stores and Store Managers in improving their strategy and (KPI) performance and reaching the highest standards in Visual Merchandising and Customer Experience;
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all retail stores within your area through monitoring the results, providing feedback and coaching the store management;
  • Draw up action plans for based on opportunities for improvement within the stores and trends in the market;
  • Work closely together with Merchandise, Visual Merchandise and Retail Operations in the market and act as a liaison between them and the stores.
