  • Developing and maintaining a strong, positive rapport with senior leadership, team members (Government and contractor personnel), and the public
  • Providing professional customer service expertise and administrative assistance to Mission Office Government leadership
  • Tracking priorities and deadlines while providing overall scheduling and calendar support to senior Government personnel, de-conflicting between events, sending / accepting meeting invitations, and coordinating visit requests; scheduling and organizing meetings; taking notes and minutes when required
  • Organizing reports; providing assistance in tracking and organizing taskers, requests for information, deliverables, and action items
  • Coordinating the development and maintenance of Mission Office filing structures and distribution and mailing lists
  • Processing and tracking the status of requests to ARPA-H Information Technology Office (ITO) for equipment / services
  • Coordinating ARPA-H badge and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) issuances and renewals, office moves, and in/out processing of office staff to include Government and support personnel
  • Creating, compiling, and editing computer-generated documentation including technical text and graphics
