Requirements

  • Titulación universitaria en Arquitectura. Se valorará titulación de postgrado en Paisajismo o planeamiento urbano.
  • A partir de 3 años de experiencia relevante en Planificación Urbana. Preferiblemente experiencia en planes de medio alcance y trabajando en comunicación constante con otras disciplinas, especialmente con ingeniería civil.
  • Buenas habilidades de redacción y comunicación oral tanto en inglés como en español.
  • Será esencial haber trabajado con AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator e InDesign) y MS Office.
  • El conocimiento de software GIS es un plus.
  • Valoraremos positivamente la experiencia previa en arquitectura del paisaje u otros proyectos de arquitectura.
  • Capacidad de iniciativa y toma de decisiones ágil.
  • Gran habilidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Colaborador/a y con motivación por trabajar en equipo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de diseño, visualización y gráficas.

Responsibilities

  • Preparación de la documentación: preparar y revisar los dibujos, informes y presentaciones necesarios para la entrega final a los clientes u otras partes interesadas para avanzar en la comprensión de los aspectos urbanos de los proyectos y aprobaciones para: desarrollo, planes maestros, pautas y políticas de desarrollo.
  • Integración interdisciplinar: comprender el impacto de la integración del trabajo de otras disciplinas internas o equipos externos en la secuencia de diseño y los resultados de los entregables.
  • Aplicación de estándares de planificación: leer, calificar, cuantificar y representar de manera sucinta los estándares de planificación aplicables a los proyectos e integrarlos en las propuestas. Iniciar las acciones necesarias para corregir deficiencias de la regulación del proyecto. Identificar las fuentes correctas de pautas regulatorias de planificación para diferentes regiones o autoridades.
  • Enfoques innovadores: apoyar al equipo de planificación en la implementación de enfoques innovadores para la entrega eficiente del proyecto, como una mejor evaluación del análisis del sitio o la planificación del sitio.
  • Diseño y visión: generar principios, conceptos, estrategias, controles y pautas de planificación urbana y diseño paisajístico escritos e ilustrativos en línea con las regulaciones y estándares locales e internacionales.
  • Colaboración en equipo contribuyendo a mantener el buen ambiente y participando de manera proactiva en reuniones.
  • Análisis de datos: Revisar y comprender conjuntos de datos para correlacionar diferentes fuentes de información que podrían ser un insumo para el proyecto.
  • Se pueden asignar otras tareas, en función de las necesidades del equipo.
