Vom ersten Ausdenken, über Präsentationserstellung und Kundenterminen bis zur Umsetzung bist du dabei. Wenn du Produktionserfahrung hast, ist das super. Wenn nicht, wirst du sie hier bekommen.
  • Du zockst gerne. Egal ob E-Sports am PC, Feierabend vor der PlayStation oder Streaming auf Twitch.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign oder ähnlich.
  • Du hast bereits mindestens drei Jahre bei einer Werbeagentur oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld gearbeitet.
  • Du setzt Designs hervorragend um und kannst auch die Konzepte dahinter entwickeln. Idealerweise hast du diese bereits vor Kunden präsentiert.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud hast du drauf. Motion-Design bestenfalls auch. Und was du noch nicht kannst, schaffst du dir gerne drauf.
  • Kommunikation ist deine Stärke: Auf Deutsch und Englisch drückst du dich ausgezeichnet aus.

  • Kampagnen mit Viral-Potenzial. Für unsere Kunden haben wir in den letzten Jahren erfolgreich zahlreiche virale Kampagnen umgesetzt, die die Internetkultur geprägt haben. Das entstand nicht durch Glück, sondern durch mutige Briefings, starke strategische Insights und tolle Teams, die alles für eine exzellente Umsetzung geben.
  • Kunden, die was wollen. Unsere Kunden wollen auf TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest nicht nur mitschwimmen, sondern vorne dabei sein. Du hilfst uns dabei die neusten kulturellen Phänomene und Gaming Insights in Kreation zu übersetzen.
  • Unser soziales Netzwerk. Bei uns erwarten dich nicht nur tolle Kunden und Aufgaben, sondern auch echt gute Teams. Du wirst hier Mentor:in für Praktikant:innen und junge Art Director:innen. Natürlich kriegst du genauso Leute an die Seite gestellt, die dir dabei helfen zu wachsen.
