Responsibilities

  • Comprender las expectativas de los clientes y formar al equipo para alcanzarlas o superarlas en todo momento.
  • Orientar e impartir formación a todos los miembros del equipo en relación con los productos, las tecnologías NB y los productos de temporada.
  • Ayudar a coordinar los turnosy la programación.
  • Minimizar las pérdidas aplicando, supervisando y haciendo un seguimiento de todos los procedimientos de prevención de pérdidas.
  • Asistir en la contratación, la iniciación, la formación y el desarrollo del equipo de la tienda.
  • Ser responsable de las llaves de la tienda y miembro activo en la tienda y en la trastienda realizando tareas de venta al por menor: ventas, atención al cliente, control de existencias.
  • Tramitar consultas y ser una vía de escalada para las reclamaciones de los clientes.
  • Comprender y apoyar las operaciones, las políticas y los procedimientos de la tienda a través de la herramienta “retail game changer”.
  • Cumplir las políticas y los procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Desempeñar otras funciones que sean requeridas por la empresa o el Gerente de la tienda.
