Responsibilities

  • Assist in the tracking and management of all IT Assets throughout its operating life.
  • Ensures that IT assets remain productive and cost efficient, even when depreciation begins to set in.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with different departments such as EUC, Supply Chain, Stakeholders and other support groups to ensure clear communication and delivery of quality services.
  • Explore different opportunities to maximize and exploit unused or partially used information technology hardware assets to receive full efficiency and return on investments.
  • Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information on Hardware (Laptops, Desktops and Peripherals) and its asset lifecycle.
  • Provide support for the creation of asset management processes, such as routine inventory with existing and new solutions.
  • Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure that the company is following IT asset deployment and replacement policies.
  • Plan, monitor and procure client-based hardware assets to ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
  • Develop and implement procedures to track clients’ information technology assets to oversee quality control throughout their life cycles, whether purchased or leased.
  • And other duties as assigned by the manager.
