Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for the delivery of Family Office Solutions, building trust and rapport across PWA teams, clients and third-party partners. Identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and ensuring the highest quality of services.
  • Partner with PWM teams to manage the client lifecycle throughout their relationship with the vendor, from preliminary marketing, needs evaluation, onboarding, delivery of services and troubleshooting.
  • Become a subject matter expert for related service offerings, acting as the go-to person for all PWA team and client in-bounds. Services will span multiple disciplines, including consolidated performance reporting, Alternative Investment coordination, estate flow mapping, and cyber security.
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow among PWA teams, clients, and third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Ensure PWA teams and clients obtain value quickly. Managing efficient onboardings and ongoing delivery of services, including ensuring stakeholders are properly educated to maximize value of the service.
  • Build PWA and client loyalty to minimize churn by understanding client needs and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure they earn trusted advisor status over time.
  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with PWA teams on how best to deliver a solution.
  • Track and resolve client requests and feedback.
  • Foster a client-centric team environment.
  • Develop, document, and continually enhance processes to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments and as the vendor relationship evolves.
  • Advocate for PWA teams and Clients by connecting their needs to the business’ larger strategy and evolution of services.
  • Aid in the product design and development, in conjunction with PWM Product team.
  • Responsible for new service offering launches, rollout, and ongoing management of services. Act as the champion for the service offering, getting PWA teams and clients excited about upcoming product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate across Compliance, Legal, PWM Operations and Product to ensure priorities are aligned with the team’s elevated client experience.
  • Define success criteria and core metrics across each vendor partner, including leading indicators which will be used to evaluate overall business performance.
  • Stay up to date on all internal and external technology partners while keeping an open mind on leveraging technology and services to build efficiencies for both the firm and our clients.
  • Familiarity with our Network Services offering, helping clients understand the benefits and considerations of each service and set proper expectation management. Support the team to identify, evaluate and develop best in class third-party partnerships and become the relationship owner with senior third-party contacts.
  • Work closely on business development initiatives to enhance the broader GS Family Office offering, including creating scalable solutions, tracking key client metrics, evaluating new service offerings for expansion, and executing opportunities that advance the commercial impact of our business. This role will have a hand in various ad hoc and strategic projects, requiring both a strategic mindset and the ability to develop ground-up approaches.
