Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a campaign from brief to material delivery.
  • Work with sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately.
  • Manage agreed aspects of the budget and ensure promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits.
  • Manage A&P tracker to ensure relevant spend is accounted for and delivered within agreed budget.
  • Be the lead interface with the sales team for general queries/support and disseminating new information.
  • Update required reports in a timely manner.
  • Lead on Veeva asset approval and audit.
  • Manage promotional material production and distribution to salesforce.
  • Support on HCP conferences to plan engagement activities, ensure required materials and product is available and create stand artwork.
  • Manage centralised competitor information hub.
  • Liaise closely with all relevant brand team members to ensure required tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support development and implementation of the brand plan.
