Responsibilities

  • Reports to Commercial manager. Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects.
  • Assist the commercial manager/project manager on contracts management and cost estimations on projects.
  • Assist the commercial manager/project manager in managing / administering tenders.
  • Assist in commercial manager for ensuring that any additional work/changes in scope are approved by clients.
  • Ensures all deliverables comply with the PDS.
  • Assist reviews and responses to contractors claims in accordance with the provisions of the Conditions of Contract and ensure the Clients interests are protected.
  • Liaison with the Client project team, review contracts and commercial reports. May need to represent the clients/AECOM in dispute resolutions/arbitration procedures on behalf of Commercial Manager/Project Manager.
