Responsibilities

  • Aux côtés du Responsable du contrôle de gestion et des opérations tu effectues des missions comptables et de contrôle interne, dans le respect des normes comptables et fiscales, et des procédures internes.
  • Tu participes à l'élaboration du budget annuel des frais de gestion et tu produis un suivi mensuel avec explication des éventuels écarts.
  • Tu es le référent du système de gestion des factures, des achats et des notes de frais et tu veilles à la bonne application de la réglementation interne en vigueur.
  • Tu prépares et comptabilises les opérations diverses (provisions, re-facturations…) sur la base des justificatifs fournis après en avoir contrôlé le bien-fondé.
  • Tu procèdes au suivi des factures et effectues les démarches nécessaires pour assurer leur règlement à échéance.
  • Tu gères les immobilisations en organisant l’inventaire annuel.
  • Tu comptabilises les créances clients impayées et effectues toutes les démarches nécessaires pour leur encaissement.
  • Tu effectues les contrôles internes au sein du département finance /administration et proposes un plan d’action le cas échéant. Tu animes les contrôles internes des autres départements.
