What does the Assistant Director, Career Advising position entail?
The Assistant Director will provide career advising and education programs for College of Engineering students, focusing on either undergraduate or graduate students, while also serving as a team lead for one of the five support functions in a full-service career office.
What types of programs and services will I be involved in?
You will be involved in individual advising, workshops, career courses, career fairs, alumni mentorship and networking programs, employer outreach, event hosting, marketing, and data collection on internship and first-destination outcomes.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred, along with five years of related experience.
