Responsibilities

  • Have the opportunity to internally network with our other service lines and attend external marketing events to build their professional community
  • Engage teams and deliver focused Transaction Advisory projects, working closely with our Managing Directors
  • Evaluate potential transactions in the context of a clients’ investment strategy
  • Assist with financial due diligence and help to identify key risks against industry benchmarks
  • Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions
  • Expand the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills and gain insight on key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
  • Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams to enhance your knowledge of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
  • Help develop junior colleagues while benefiting from established formal and informal training programme and mentorship
