  • Liaise with landlord’s or their agents directly, presenting comparable evidence in order to negotiate the best terms.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, contract holders, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and provide informed recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations
  • Provide support in keeping organised property records for the estate portfolio including maintaining the existing database, excel spreadsheets, utilising the property software. Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption and cost to the business
  • Challenging and monitoring service charge statements and demands
