Candidates should have a combination of education and experience, a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a food and beverage environment, knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, and preferably prior venue catering/Stewarding experience.

Yes, previous venue catering/Stewarding experience and multi-site experience are strongly preferred.

The role requires the ability to work in wet environments, endure temperature extremes and excessive noise, lift up to 50 pounds, and maneuver in tightly-quartered spaces.
