Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide strong customer service to internal and external customers by responding promptly and efficiently to HR compliance requests.
  • Assist in regularly generating and analyzing reports and sensitive data.
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing labor law obligations for various HR compliance programs and policies.
  • Assist with developing presentations and proposals related to compliance obligations and recommendations.
  • Assist with monitoring and ensuring compliance with international, federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with conducting regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Assist with providing guidance and training to HR staff and other employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Assist with investigating and resolving compliance-related complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR Compliance Manager, legal, and other departments to address compliance concerns.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting required compliance reports to regulatory agencies such as EEO-1, VETS, Pay Data Reporting, etc.
  • Assist in gathering data and partnering with the HR Compliance Manager and external legal teams to draft Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) per regulatory requirements.
  • Play a primary role in the execution of multiple HR compliance processes, including I-9s, audits, background checks, and unemployment.
  • Maintain communication between human resources, managers, and employees to facilitate the success of compliance goals or compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and leaders throughout the organization.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with regard to personal, medical, and other sensitive information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
