  • Exposure in Residential and Industrial high rise building with all aspects. Should have knowledge of soil compaction, inside road & drains, etc. and also have experience in Infra civil works. Must have knowledge a temporary drainage system to control runoff from stormwater events to allow works to proceed in a dry and also shall be controlled from dust with quality and safety standards of high risk activities.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of all construction activities of site levelling, area gradation, temporary and permanent road and drains, Infra civil works, dust free area etc. Should have knowledge in dewatering system to dry the area until project/job completion foundations, buildings along with finishing items.
  • Compiling and planning budgets, cost estimates and other financial estimates; and coordinating, planning, and managing schedules for contractors and subcontractors
  • Certification of bills, survey knowledge, thoroughly drawing understanding, rate analysis, preparation of bill of quantities etc. and Optimization of Civil cost and also and managing the budget and estimate costs
  • Conducting site checks to monitor progress and quality standards; and developing construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workers
  • Experienced in finishing items like water proofing, painting internal and external, Tiling works, sanitary and CP fittings, etc
  • Performing the tasks of a cost estimator, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Supervising construction project progress and providing reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments.
  • Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process and Familiarity with construction management software packages
  • Must be Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Must be involved in balancing the budget, keeping track of supplies, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring all regulations are met and permits acquired.
  • Through knowledge on IS Codes (IS: 1200) IS:2720-8 (1983), IS:10379 1982 and ISO (ISO 9001) & HSE (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), norms along with relevant documentation, earth compaction, Moisture content, dry density, field dry density etc.
