Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all agents in their process know their goals and how they are linked to the Organization’s quality policy.
  • Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical to maintain business continuity, ensuring of consistent service delivery, and running the process. Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
  • Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
  • Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame.
  • Ability to Handle escalations and work on correction and prevention plans
  • Provide inputs on process and system to the team members.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance. Is empathetic and flexible towards client and team members needs
  • Possesses Knowledge of the function, process and systems; is able to coach and guide team members wherever required
