Responsibilities

  • The post holder will be accountable to senior multidisciplinary members of the Neurological Rehabilitation / Early supported Discharge team providing support for a variety of therapeutic and clinical interventions
  • The post holder will participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and individualised therapeutic interventions under the guidance of the multidisciplinary team
