Responsibilities

  • Leads the management of end-to-end execution for omni-channel marketing programs, seamlessly integrating online and offline channels to improve reach and impact.
  • Develops schedules, setting interim milestone meetings and integrating traditional and digital media touchpoints to ensure adherence to deadlines and achievement of results.
  • Champions strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Production, Resourcing, and Delivery Management, encouraging collaboration and alignment towards common objectives.
  • Actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budget status throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring transparency across all partners.
  • Partners laterally with Creative Resourcing for timely execution of core assets and collaborates with Delivery Management on the execution of derivatives, versions, and translations.
  • Leads day-to-day program planning and execution, presenting strategic milestones and brief due dates to marketing partners and ensuring comprehensive meeting agendas for planning, kick-off, pre-pro, and review meetings.
  • Supervises schedules, updates reports, and communicates program status to key partners through weekly status meetings, ensuring product delivery for photography aligns with program schedules.
  • Facilitates the routing of creative to marketing partners, ensuring clear, actionable feedback is received on time and facilitates the passing off of core assets to delivery management/production for versioning.
  • Ensures completion of all assets on the asset list, tracking final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates, while proactively identifying program risks and discussing mitigation strategies with management.
  • Monitors and advocates for process improvement, identifying gaps and proposing improvement ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
