Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the operational management of the restaurant and the entire team in coordination with the F&B Service Manager
  • You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
  • You support the ordering system and optimal merchandise management and step in when one of your colleagues from Purchasing or the restaurant is on vacation
  • You are in constant communication with the Groups & Events departments and ensure that the planned event is a complete success
  • In addition to your administrative tasks, you are also actively involved in operations and are always on hand when things go wrong
  • As a trained restaurateur, you never lose track of things, even when one project follows the next
  • You stand in for the F&B Service Manager in his absence
