Responsibilities

  • Soutenir les gestionnaires d’embauche et le service d’acquisition de talents dans les activités de recrutement spécifiques au site, telles l’affichage des postes, l’impression des CV et des guides d’entretien, le traitement des vérifications des antécédents, la création de lettres d’offre, la participation aux journées carrière, la planification de l’intégration des nouveaux employés, etc.
  • Apporter son soutien aux tâches administratives liées à la paie, telles que la création de lettres de changement pour les employés, le traitement des licenciements, la documentation gouvernementale et la gestion de tous les formulaires nécessaires à l’embauche de nouveaux employés
  • Coordonner les formations internes et externes, organiser les déplacements, lorsque nécessaire, et maintenir les licences appropriées pour les formations de conformité (premiers secours, équipements motorisés, etc.)
  • Recevoir et diffuser le matériel communiqué par le département des ressources humaines et assurer la logistique pour les activités connexes, lorsqu'applicable
  • Aider les gestionnaires à tenir et gérer divers horaires à jour et à répondre aux exigences en matière de présence de l’établissement
  • Appuyer l’équipe de direction du magasin en générant, distribuant et tenant à jour les rapports liés aux affaires, selon les besoins
  • Aider l’équipe de gestion du magasin à s’acquitter de tâches de bureau, administratives et transactionnelles, selon les besoins
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin.
