  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
  • Recent graduates or with 1-2 years experience/internships in strategic communications, from an agency or in-house, or capabilities of someone of that level of experience
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills (oral and written)
  • Proven research skills, including experience with and/or ability to learn financial research tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative working style and always keen to learn
  • Excellent research skills
  • Proficient skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel and comparable programs

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with a group of experts in a flat organisational structure where everyone contributes and plays their part
  • Work with the team to advise companies in highly regulated industries on high-stakes, event-driven corporate communications
  • Turn ‘big picture strategies for managing complex engagements into actionable communications plans, built on great insight and executed via brilliant creative thinking 
  • Hone your skills as a problem solver, comfortable operating independently and seeking counsel at the appropriate time
  • Understand and support clients’ objectives through digital platforms, using listening tools to help plan and execute strategies
  • Work as part of a team to engage directly with external stakeholder audiences, media and influencers
  • Keep well informed and use a broad range of sources to build opinion and ideas and keep abreast of client's business and industries 
  • Conduct research, develop an array of client-specific content, and contribute to fast-paced projects for some of the most mission-critical issues a company can face
