Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials for Investment Advisors with their clients/prospects
  • Provide proactive service to Investment Advisors with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary
  • Help support Investment Advisors responding to client inquiries (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.)
  • Assist with client onboarding, portfolio monitoring and trading
  • Help manage incoming communications from clients, Investment Advisors, and other internal and external partners
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation and materials in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements
  • Help update the team’s communication channels: websites, LinkedIn, brochures, newsletters
  • Provide support to Associate Advisors and Associate Portfolio Managers
