What is the main purpose of the Associate role?
The main purpose of the Associate role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.
What types of client interactions will I be handling in this role?
You will be fielding incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails, providing product support, and troubleshooting client queries.
How will I document client interactions?
You will document all pertinent end user identification information, record, track, and document all queries received, as well as problem-solving steps taken, and maintain logs and records as per standard procedures.
Are there specific training requirements for this position?
Yes, you will undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes, and updates, as well as enroll in additional product-specific trainings as required.
What competencies are required to perform effectively in this role?
Required competencies include process knowledge, collaborative working, problem solving and decision making, attention to detail, execution excellence, client centricity, and effective communication.
How is performance measured in this role?
Performance is measured by the number of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, pulse scores, and customer feedback.
Who will I interact with internally?
Internally, you will interact with team leaders for performance reviews, HR for hiring and employee retention, the training team for capability development, and technical leads for issue escalation and resolution.
What should I do if I encounter a serious client issue?
You should identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader in cases of untimely resolution.
How do I ensure I am meeting my productivity goals?
You should update your availability in the RAVE system, follow standard processes, and maintain an efficient workflow to meet the defined productivity goals.
