Responsibilities

  • Support the data analytics and reporting needs of the Innovation Incubation Team
  • Develop and maintain recurring dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track sales performance, market trends, and wholesaler effectiveness
  • Manage ad hoc data requests, including wholesaler incentive trackers, sales trend analysis, and customer segmentation reports
  • Conduct sales performance analysis to identify key trends, growth opportunities, and risks for new and existing innovation brands
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales processes, pricing strategies, and market penetration
  • Partner with Innovation Leadership and broader Innovation Teams to deliver insights, selling stories, and business cases supporting innovation strategy
  • Develop on-demand presentations for Senior Management and key innovation partners
  • Assist in creating and executing go-to-market strategies, including distribution planning, key initiative tracking, and promotional effectiveness analysis
  • Educate Innovation Sales and Brand Teams on data interpretation, key performance metrics, and actionable takeaways
  • Drive Go-to-Market planning deck combining brand and sales needs into a comprehensive approach for launching new innovations
  • Lead post-mortem analysis for innovation launches, identifying success drivers and areas for improvement
  • Improve sales forecasting models, incentive program tracking, and goal-setting frameworks to enhance decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting tools, automate workflows, and improve data accessibility for innovation teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations) to drive data-backed innovation strategies
  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis, special projects, and strategic initiatives to optimize the performance of innovation brands
  • Act as a resource for wholesaler and retail sales planning, ensuring teams have access to the right insights and resources for effective execution
  • Occasional travel may be required and is at the discretion of your manager based on the needs of your position
