Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience working in title operations or publishing at a large-scale editorial, e-commerce, or video service.
  • Previous experience working in entertainment or social operations
  • Previous experience working on live streamed events and live streaming operations preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to manage an ever-changing content pipeline 7 days a week
  • Exhibit excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate workflows and concepts for a variety of audiences
  • Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies. Help develop strategies and procedures for continual improvement for editorial operations
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • A passion for sports, news, television and movies.
  • Ability to work holidays, weekends, late nights and whenever sports happen around the world
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for near 24/7 coverage depending on content releases and priorities, ensuring operations and promotions have no issues and functioning as the first line of triage when incidents occur
  • Manage the daily curation of multiple pages within the platform experience and serve as back-up for other members of the Content Merchandizing & Operations team
  • Assist in the execution and planning of functionality tests affecting all aspects of the Peacock platform and the CMS that powers it
  • Evaluate functionality and workflows during testing to identify bugs, functionality gaps, or operational hinderances
  • Assist in the project management of testing scheduling, test script writing, requirements gathering, and all aspects of test and functionality preparation
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure functionality requirements are understood and communicated properly
  • Manage complex package of user facing imagery for all live events
  • Assign necessary metadata to all live events
  • Assist in monitoring production bridges for high profile weekend and evening events when necessary
