Responsibilities

  • The Associate Creative Director is responsible for managing and developing multimedia marketing, communications and branding initiatives with meaningful and measurable impact, achieves marketing/strategic goals, and satisfies client brand requirements for internal and external audiences. Provides creative direction and strategic leadership, shaping copy, design, and multimedia storytelling from concept to execution. Collaborates on marketing/communications strategies and objectives with the Marketing & Communications team and partners with teams from across the organization on their creative requests/needs; serves as a brand leader who solves strategic and creative issues while enhancing the end-user’s confidence in the Creative department. Leverages current and explores trending creative channels (e.g. video, digital) and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote exciting new ideas. Ensures the timely execution of plans, campaigns and projects to assure budget, brand growth and goals are achieved. Collaborates with other teams within the Marketing & Communications department (Communications, Social Media, Marketing, Digital Analytics).
  • Leads the development of multimedia concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
  • Manages and supervises multiple projects and team members.
  • Ensures resources are allocated according to project needs.
