Responsibilities

  • Line-manage art directors in your team
  • Be a strong creative voice and influence the agency’s output from a concept and art direction point of view
  • Provide art direction and design on a broad range of projects across various media, including patient and doctor materials, banners, emails, large websites, brand development, presentations and pamphlets
  • Work with the account and senior copy teams to execute unique, innovative visual solutions based on the creative business objectives
  • Develop knowledge of your assigned therapeutic category including the science and market dynamics as well as regulations/restrictions
  • Leverage your ability to build a brand visually
  • Present creative ideas at internal meetings, to clients, and potentially in pitch scenarios
