Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the architecture strategy and roadmap for the assigned domain in line with the organization's overall architecture framework and stream objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to understand business goals, requirements, and constraints.
  • Analyze current systems, processes, and technologies within the domain to identify areas for improvement and develop architectural recommendations.
  • Design and document domain-specific architectures, including high-level and detailed functional architecture diagrams, system interfaces, data flows, and integration points.
  • Ensure architectural consistency and adherence to standards across projects within the domain while providing guidance and support to pods.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the domain.
  • Partner with crew technical architect to define technical architecture for a specific domain or sub-domain.
  • Liaise between product and crew technical architect.
  • Collaborate with stream architects to ensure domain architectures align with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Mentor and provide domain specific guidance to junior architects and development teams within the domain.
