  • A leader with the ability to deliver successful outcomes
  • A collaborative team manager who will work with the whole project team to develop objectives and agree ways of working
  • Experienced in managing NEC 3/4 contracts ensuring compliance with the terms of the contract including management of change control
  • Monitor progress against the schedule managing resources against the baseline and identify variances that require action
  • Monitor financial performance throughout the project and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Responsibility for Risk Management and developing mitigation plans
  • Manages the consistent application of quality assurance processes and standards
  • Able to establish and maintain governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for governance
  • Develop and disseminate a stakeholder management and communications plan to meet the objectives of the project
  • Establish and manage review points, which will inform governance and provide evaluations of progress
