Responsibilities

  • In partnership with HR Business Partner, serve as consultant to BU Management in BU-wide TR strategies
  • Key management of holistic TR suite within owned area
  • Oversight of Incentives within assigned area including ownership for a subset of incentive deliverables
  • Proactively collect business requirements and identify business challenges
  • Influence to sell innovative TR solutions
  • Partner with sales and business leaders to design incentives and ensure plan effectiveness
  • Facilitate implementation of new incentive compensation plans and programs that meet local regulatory compliance and governance/audit programs
  • Manage projects and assigned resources within owned area
  • Act as advisor to senior Human Resources leaders and participate as a member of the Human Resources team in meetings with the business to align all compensation activities to identify, define, refine, present, and implement compensation activities
  • Monitor the effectiveness of specified compensation programs and pro-actively work to develop recommended improvements
  • Support benefits activities, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring
  • Manage compensation resources to complete needed tasks
  • Ensure that the work team is fully utilized and ensure that projects are staffed appropriately to deliver high quality recommendation and products to the customer
  • Assist in the management of regional and/or global enterprise-wide projects utilizing total rewards
  • Monitor the full scope of projects and activities within assigned business to ensure that the team is taking an enterprise-wide view on projects and meeting business requirements in a timely manner
