You will draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex customer agreements, including master services and license agreements, master professional services agreements, business associate agreements, confidentiality agreements, pilot agreements, and information security agreements.

You will become part of an innovative and experienced team of attorneys and legal professionals that operates in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range for this role is between $106,800 and $194,200 annually based on full-time employment.
