Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing performance-driven influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPV / CPS, CAC, incremental or marginal CAC, LTV, ROI).
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data input and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking and performance analytics.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and tools such as AspireIQ, CreatorIQ.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, and emerging digital marketing trends for each platform, especially in the wellness & food verticals. Strong Familiarity/interest in Content/Content production.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for influencer marketing and brand development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from inception to completion, in-house and with our agency partners.
  • Lead product seeding initiatives, ensuring that you are working with our VIP team in our distribution centers to provide our product to influencers.
  • Develop campaign briefs and communicate requirements to influencers, balancing product messaging with emerging social trends.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and adherence to timelines.
  • Generate and manage tracking codes and UTMs for campaign performance analysis.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Monitor campaign progress and address challenges promptly with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate with influencers to ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and achieve their goals.
  • Utilize Excel to input, manage, and analyze data feeds.
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics and performance indicators.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting successes, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with influencers, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencer marketing practices.
