What type of work will I be involved in as an Associate in the Insurance & Public Risk team in Cardiff?
You will be working on a variety of public law matters, including public law advice, planning, environment, health, information law, judicial review, and other regulatory litigation and disciplinary matters. You will primarily be supporting a Partner who advises clients on planning, environmental, and public law matters.

You will report into a Partner in the team who primarily advises clients on planning, environmental, and public law matters.
What kind of clients will I be working with in this role?
You will be working with a range of clients, including local authorities, corporate clients, developer clients, Natural England, the Marine Management Organisation, Welsh Government, as well as regulatory authorities.
What type of experience would be beneficial for this role?
It would be beneficial if you have experience advising clients on planning and environmental law, advising the public sector (such as central or regional Government, non-departmental public bodies, Local Government, the NHS, or regulatory authorities), or conducting or defending judicial reviews.
What are some specific responsibilities I can expect in this role?
